BVORR Expects the Sponsoring Club to Enforce the Following Rules and Regulations!

Safety Regulations
 

  1. Roll bar or factory hard top must exist
  2. Safety belts are to be in working order and present
  3. Fire extinguisher in all vehicles
  4. Tow hooks must be in place
  5. Street legal exhaust system no open headers, or open exhaust systems

Rules
 

  1. Everyone rides at their own risks. Know the limitations of yourself and your vehicle. Exceeding these limits may result in serious injury and/or death to you, your passengers, or others on the trail. Exceeding these limitations may also result in major or minor damage to your vehicle.
  2. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to operate an off-road vehicle in the park. Persons under the age of 18 are only allowed to operate ATVs and motorcycles under direct adult supervision.
  3. Those under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian in the presence of a BVORR official.
  4. Entrance to BVORR will be granted to clubs or groups that have scheduled an event.
  5. Users of BVORR will stay on established trails no trail blazing.
  6. Speed limit is no more that 20 mph.
  7. No alcoholic beverages or mind altering substances allowed on the trails.
  8. No littering- pack it in, pack it out.
  9. No firearms will be discharged on BVORR property.
  10. Respect livestock, there are cattle on the property, do not chase livestock with your vehicle, give livestock the right of way.
  11. Drivers will assume total responsibility for their passengers safety and behavior.
  12. All  Motorcycle drivers are required to wear a DOT approved safety helmet.
  13. No passengers allowed on  Motorcycles.
  14. All  riders must follow age restrictions set by the government.
    Engine Displacement Age:
  • Under 70cc 6 and older
  • 70-90cc 12 and older
  • Over 90cc 16 and older
  1. Motorcycle  drivers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on the trails at all times.
  2. BVORR is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal property.
  3. Failure to comply with the above rules or engaging in behavior that is considered disrespectful will  result in being asked to leave BVORR and/or being permanently banned from BVORR. No refunds will be issued if asked to leave.

 

Camping:

Camping is not allowed
